  • Booked talent, curated parties and managed event staffing for 25+ events a week. Managed the booking, sound techs, and box office staff.

  • Created, instituted, and marketed a new programming direction for the venue, which included shifting away from rock to more world genres, as well as focusing on monthly genre nights and theme parties.

  • Oversaw all social media, and grew the Pianosnyc Instagram to over 20k followers from 6k through a strategy focused on one-on-one follower engagement. Created a new visual identity for the venue through a cohesive graphic design aesthetic.

  • Fostered and built relationships with talent, outside promoters, application companies, and attendees to grow our customer base and our reputation as a diverse entertainment space.

Sourced, co-designed, and oversaw the installation of a new Funktion1 soundsystem in the showroom and upstairs. 

Oversaw the training of all sound techs / system repairs.
